Conflipper give us a hint where we can find these!!

Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
21032 is posted on PPCgeeks already. 21033 has not been pubically released at this time. Also 21068 Is a fake SYS. its slow to.

Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
There is something wrong with 21032. Modules in xip and sys don't have last section so this is not possible to use platformrebuilder :(

Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
Looks like there might be a 21040 on the loose?
From the "leaked T-Mobile Rhodium": Code:
SYSversion 1.2 by MrVanx - 2008-edit: Dern!, Late to the party again o: |
Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
That looks way too "perfect" to be real. Real SYS seem to be a combination of 2-3 different minor versions (e.g. 20771 is really 20757 + 20764 + 20771 as released by MSFT and HTC on the Diamond). My BS alarm goes off when I see every single package having the same build number - means someone used a script to hexedit the DSMs.
Now - someone please prove me wrong. |
Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
I thought the same thing. Hence the "?".
Conflipper? BTW. I ripped the SYS from the ROM. It's not from a DL's SYS. I suppose it could've been built from a fake SYS though. |
Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
I posted the same doubt to the Rhodium ROM thread at XDA. We'll see if anyone comments. Or if Conflipper knows.

Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
Commonly if a SYS hits a new AKU it will be all the same, if it is a release canidate of a new AKU anyways. If you look at Touch HD first rom to come out. it entire SYS was 20757, this was the start of aku 1.4, every 207xx build after that went off the basic dpi files and lang files, and updated the core files. from there. but every package was 20757, same with emu roms. Since this is Tmobile Rhodium Release rom, i believe it is real.
I also know this because I konw 21040 is a real system, so it 21042, that is what I am running at this time. it works good. they both do. |
Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
21015 for me
|
Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
Thanks Conflipper. Good info.
I'll play with it later just to see any goodies that might be hiding in there o: |

Re: Best / most stable / fastest / most preferred SYS version
Did you do the DPI192 VGA images as well? My next cooking session is in about three weeks and unless there's a newer "real" release, I'll probably be using 21140 or 21142.
