Is there a thread a frequently updated thread with the best OEMS & CABS?

with all these good kitchens out right now i want to know if anyone knows where i can find all the best oems for different good apps and must have apps, some roms come pretty bare and i'd like to pick and choose what i like from everyone vast resources, i remember the vogue/titan having a thread where all the goodies were, is there a vga version for the touchpro/diamond?

Look for rstoyguy's thread for vga oems, or if ur phone is qvga find the qvga one
