Do any VZW compatible ROMs have the newer ddi.dll with improved landscape rendering?

As many of you may have noticed, and as has been discussed in several threads here and on XDA, graphics rendering on the TP takes a huge hit when running in Landscape view, when compared to Portrait. This can be seen as "screen tearing" when moving around in Opera Mobile, or as a general jerkiness in rendering/animation in various other apps, that is not present in Portrait mode.

It can also be verified by benchmark applications that allow testing in both layouts. I use SK Tools (trial version, unlimited use and the benchmark features are full unlocked). When running the Bitmap Drawing benchmark, in Portait I get a score of about 700. Run it again in Landscape, and immediately you will notice that there is very bad tearing as the bitmap draws (like vsync was suddenly turned off). The score is also much lower, about 500 points.... almost 50% slower!

Now, the latest GSM Diamond ROM, 2.03, apparently has some updated video driver .dll's (most importantly, ddi.dll). Da G has created a ROM/kitchen using some of these files, mixed with some Blackstone/Touch HD drivers, and users of his ROM have noted vastly improved rendering in Landscape, with far less tearing. Unfortunately, his ROM is for the GSM Fuze.

Have any chefs here incorporated these new drivers into a ROM that us VZW users can run?? It kills me seeing such poor performance in landscape, to the point that I avoid it as much as possible! Please note, this has nothing to do with 3d graphics or the many d3dm drivers floating around, this is strictly 2d performance that I'm talking about.

Good question. I'd like to see this answered as well.
