since I have Mightys 4.4.2 rom install which already has this cooked into it is it ok to install this cab over it? And as already asked, whats up with the second .cab? Do I need to install both of them?

The OEM is for Chefs and you can install the cab version on Mike's rom as well. It will replace the 1 thats cooked into the rom
