EDIT: After reading this again, it sounds like you are having issues with the phone not responding to you pressing the button on the Jawbone. My initial response still stands, you should post/ask in Dreams rom thread since it could be his rom that is affecting this.

Re: Bluetooth and MS VoiceCommand
Will do. I just figured this is really a general question is anyone knows how to change what actions affect Voice Command.

Make sure that VC is installed on the ROM. Then open the Voice Command under the personal tab and enable it.

Re: Bluetooth and MS VoiceCommand
its enabled, and I can get it to work on the phone itself by doing a long press on the send button but Voice Command no longer works over bluetooth when I try to use my Jawbone 2 to issue a voice command the way it did with the stock ROM. I'm wondering if there is a reg key or file I can edit that holds the MSVC configs.

Re: Bluetooth and MS VoiceCommand
When you hit the button on the jawbone does it issue a command to anything? If it pulls up something other than MS Voice Command, then this regedit should point it back to MSVC:
You need to have these two registry entries for Microsoft VoiceCommand to work over bluetooth. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Au dioGateway] "BTAGExtModule"="vcbthag.dll" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\VoiceCommand] "Path"="\\Windows\\VoiceCMD.exe" Also, if you use a wired headset, place a copy of voicecmd.exe and call it sddialer.exe in the \windows\ folder. This will allow you to use your headset's talk button to call voice command. |
