Your probably better off flashing to another flavor of cooked ROM as Juicy no longer supports this version.. In fact he orphaned this build do to legal constraints.. Hopefully some can chime in with a remedy, but I suggest going with another cooks ROM that is supported.

I was being an idiot. I forgot to un-check Advanced network functionality. I'm still looking for the voice recognition cab. Thanks for the reply.

Just a gentle reminder...if you're having a problem with a particular ROM, please post your question/concern in the actual ROM thread. You may get a faster answer because someone else may have had the exact problem and it's also good de-bugging info for the ROM developers.

Just download a CAB file for MS Voice Command and install it. That will get the Voice Recognition working again. Any version will do.
There are plenty of links out there for it within the site and XDA. Search is your friend
