and i dont like flashing back and forth between roms i like because then i have to customize it the way i like it each time and most of what i have isn't in cabs so i have to copy files manually that i want to change which is a little bit of a pain so if i could dual boot i'd be able to just switch b/t my fav two roms and they already be customized.. this is the benefit of the dual boot
Oh I can totally see the benefit. Just imagine having your standard rom all set up and untouched while you flash the lastest unstable new rom for testing. It would be great to have.

You guys are confused on how this would actually work. Unlike a PC, which stores all of it's information on the hard drive making it possible to completely isolate different OSes, phones don't have that luxury. The Storage partition would have to be shared. That single fact means you would have to hard reset when you switched.

Which brings me to my second point...learn to use a kitchen. Applying your customizations to someone else's rom more than one time is lame.

I already know how to use a kitchen.

Also I was talking about having separate space allocated for each OS. Perhaps some special programming to designate or hide certain ones. I never said it would be an easy thing, in fact require heavy mofications to everything involved, but not totally impossible (though very unlikely).
