New Landscape menu?

I have searched and cant find my answer, where did this new landscape menu come from? further more, is there a simple cab available or even a them out there so it can be added to an existing rom? thanks.

yeah, thats my pic, and i am on juggalo's rom but it is not nearly as fast as my last rom i was using (yayy 4 juggs) so i was wanting to make my own with calkulins kitchen but it does not have this landscape menu. neither does any of the other roms.

does this change the icons to the ones in teh pic? i am hoping to keep my own is why i ask. also, does anyone have a call history tab that has installed this? does it mess that up?
