Ok, someone please try this...

Start/Setting/Phone...change ringtone or ring type or whatever and press 'OK'. My screen flashes and stays on settings screen, it does however change the ring tone back to the Windows Mobile, but it won't go out of the screen.

Pressing the 'END' button goes out though

Does the same in Sounds and Notifications

for some reason, i'm not able to access any of my settings on active sync. everything else looks to be working great and flying, but no contacts or files! am i missing something?

I never noted that in testing. It synched up fine for me.

I hope we dont have another active sync bug! Lets see what others say

All of my data sync'd up just fine.

Hmmmm.... Ok I will look at that.
