Thanks, but it was just because the one built into the 3.0 ROM was running. Once I shut down that process, I was able to install it. However, I wanted to delete the ROM one, but it wouldn't let me delete it because it was in the ROM even though I changed it from Read-Only.

Additionally, this version did not work either...However, I'm not truly convinced because of the existance of another version in ROM. Someone who doesn't have it burned into ROM needs to try it.

my ce os is 5.2.19972 (build 21109) is this correct? is this not supposed to be ce 5.2.21109. scot im running your deluxe rom (on a verizonized sprint touch pro). and honestly running a little slower than verizon leaked rom...my previous rom. many thanks for all your hard work it.. seems like the countless hours reading in the past couple of days have been forums and sites revolving around you, your roms,your kitchen, 6.5 etc but wondering am I missing something?

Interesting to say the least. I'll see if I can apply some of what my homeboy taught me so maybe I can help with this one. I so want to walk next door and talk phones with him for a little distraction but I'm a little leary of the reaction. Been a LONG time since I seen that look in his eyes.

I think What he is asking is that Page 1 says:
Built on CE OS 5.2.21109 Build 21109.1.6.0....and his is different.

What
tf3d theming software doest scott use and were can I get it and some themes for my TP? I don't have the luxury to flashing my TP right now, but would like some themes.

You need Diamond TF3D tweak to apply themes to TF3d (at least from what I've seen...it's in Scott's ROM but you can probably find a CAB for it). There are lots of themes floating around...I would search the forums for 'TF3D themes'.

You can find lots of cab files of TF3D themes on XDA and elsewhere, no Diamond Tweaks needed. I believe that even without a cab file you just replace the files in windows, but that makes for a more involved uninstall.
