Memory Problem can anyone help???

I seem to be having some sort of problem when building my ROMs. Both with Calcu's and eRice's Kitchen. As soon as my ROM loads and I try to click on the clock on Tf3D or clock and alarms in settings, I get a message that there is no program memory, even though there is plenty. I am sure that it is one of my OEMs but I can't figure out which one. I can us any other program with out problem.

If anyone could give me a few pointers as how to narrow down the problem that would be great.
