What's causing y ring delay"

Just did a hard reset, checked my slide to answer and it was CLOSE to immediate. So I installed this list

No then, after a reboot. ringer was good. Then somewhere around the second today/phone alarm configurations (I did it all by hand to make sure I didn't have some weird reg entry killing my dialer). it went back to this 3 second delay. It rings almost immediately then I slide to unlock and I get 1..2...3 answer. Really annoying, and no better killing the dialer skin and using the plain WM skin.

I first thought it was S2u2 and I removed it that didn't work so I went with the hard reset.

Anyone have any ideas?

Well, I went into [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wei Enterprises\ and there is no nuegpssecurity folder...

i'm on 4.16, any help?

You sure...there is on mine.

i opened reg edit
opened folder hkey_local_machine
then opened folder software
then opened folder Wei enterprises
and the only folder in there is "Batt"

fresh flash about an hour ago from 4.12

Is this happening to anyone: I charge the phone before going to bed........I wake up and the phone has frozen, the round light is constantly on. Only way to get it to do anything is to do a soft reset. Its happened a few times already, but god forbid I get an emergency phone call during the night. The phone is just as 4.16 came. Any ideas?

Ok another newbie question from me, how can I remove the themes back to the default manila files? I used the TF3D config and reverted to default, however, the midnight blue still shows up when getting text notifications/navigating through messages/ adjusting volume. I tried uninstalling the file but it gives me a error that it was not completely removed. Thanks!

it was suggested that you have to uncheck both timeouts on external power. start-settings-system-power-advanced. uncheck both bottom boxes, this fixed it for me.

i find the only way to revert back is to hard reset. this usually happens because the user has more than one mod or cab affecting the same manilla files.
