i kinda like the old splash screen with the lil cute mighty mouse...how Do i get that back????

Quick question. I just want to make sure I've completed the steps correctly.

This was my first time flashing a ROM and I decided to go with the Mighty ROM. I read the sticky on how to flash your touch pro. From my understanding I downloaded three things.

1.Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip

2.RUU.zip

3.Mighty Rom

I got through step one and my phone was unlocked at that point.

Then I ran the Mighty Rom and it installed all the way though. Phone did a hard reset on its on. Then I saw then new rom. Very cool.

However this is where I am lost. The third step said to then put phone in bootloader mode and to Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow the steps on screen to flash ROM.

Is the entire process two steps or 3?

BTW, I did two manual hard resets to clear out any old data.

Help anyone when restore my messages back in the database, they are not longer in the order of the date they were sent in the thread form of each person message ( they start from new to old then after u press older they are not in order. Any apps or fixes for this pls help.

You're good to go. Just the 2 steps. Everything you did sounds perfect.

yeah pretty much this thing is blazing fast now. I was kinda hesitant at first but so glad I upgraded from the Sprint ROM.

And BTW, how many hard resets are necessary after flashing to a new ROM? I just noticed my phone is a little bit warmer than usual. Didn't know if it had anything to do with flashing.

Welcome to the world of Mightyrom... aka MightyMouse - aka MightyMike.. haha
It is recommended in the system folder - use clear storage

Just one more after initial install. Start --> Settings --> System --> Clear Storage --> as easy as typing '1234' and click on yes
