whats the diffrence in the os build

as far as the best rom, tons of answers on that. it all depends on what you want. (apps.) try to read about each rom, see whats to your liking.

im talking about the os build numbers,i know the stock sprint rom is like a 19*** number and then all the rom chefs are using diffrent os builds...whats the main diffrence and advangages/fall backs from one build to another?

none of the later build numbers amounted to any kind of performance change until this last one (21109). Before now, it was all about bugs / customizations / etc. The next version may not necessarily be better than this one. There is rarely any info on build number differences... this is info that usually mostly microsoft knows the answer to.
