Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]

kevank, its possible to add 6 more buttons to the Programs tabs in tf3d...heres how i did it. originally i added 9 but the last 3 didn't do anything. i used total commander the went to:

HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLauncher\

you'll see 18 folders (0-17), create a new folder and name it 18. then copy the files from any of the folders (0-17) into the folder 18. disable tf3d then enable it and you'll have a 19th button. repeat 5 more times to get 6 more buttons total.

just a suggestion for the next release. thanks again, this rom rocks!

does anyone know when the threaded messages bug will be fixed? I love the rom but having to clear the unread number is anooying and tedious.

I gotta go, got 32 unread messages to take care of

Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]

this bug is quit annoying...not sure if anyone else has realized this but it seams as if instead of replying to a message meaning it tells the phone you read it and are now sending a message back it just sends a message...so it doesnt tell the phone you read the message....also i noticed this only happens if you dont exit out of a threaded message before getting a reply....so say your having a convo and you just leave the threaded message open with "bob" and he replies before you go to another message from someone else or exit the messaging program it will glitch...if you go to another threaded message with say "ashly" then go back to bob it doesnt glitch.....not sure if this will help fix it or not but that is what ive noticed

o btw...i send 6000+ txt a month and recieve about the same amount back lol .....so i feel your pain on this lol

Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]

I'm sorry if this question\problem has been spoken about already, but the pages I searched i didn't see it. For some reason it takes me about 5 or 6 attempts to click the start icon. I can X out of programs with no problems, but trying to click on start takes forever. Is there anything I can do to correct this. I'm running 1.8 and I have sprint. Other than that this rom is one of the best I flashed to in a while. Thanks KK for another great Rom

try using the stylus...if that solves the problem then use your nail from now on to get the stat icon....if that doesnt work then try to re-align the screen...if that doesnt work than tweak the pressure settings

I tried all of that except the pressure settings, how do I go about doing that? Do you really think thats the problem cause I can click on every place else with no problem except the start menu. is it possible that that side of my screen can be dying out. This is a replacement also. I didn't notice it until I flashed, but then again as soon i got the phone I flashed KK's rom anyway.

I am not sure how to set the "pressure" but did you hard reset after you installed the ROM?

you can set the finger pressure using Advanced Config under start menu/settings. or use a reg editor and adjust it manually here:

HKLM\Software\OEM\TFLOSettings and edit Finger Pressure to 128, this was posted in the Essentials for Touch Pro. good luck!
