Rom apps being preinstalled?

Quick question...are the ROMS' apps that they come with part of the OS size or are they in storage memory away from VZW's 192MB space?

Also, if so, is there a rom out there with a HUGE pagepool size (like 24-32) with an OS size of say 30-50MB? Or even a rom that's preloaded with the apps in cabs files so we can dispose of those we do not use to keep space free on the roms?

^ obviously for VZW users...

You wouldn't happen to know if this rom is true TF3D like Scott vzw2.2 rom would you? (where the tabs animate during a horizontal swipe to get to the next tab)

Hmm I don't believe so but I cooked a rom with the generic manila. There was an option for Sprint and Verizon I believe but I went generic.
