I made it static. As for which is better...there's no right answer for that. It's personal preference/philosophy. My reasoning for making it static was to avoid any possible complications of expanding and shrinking the PP when needed. The less it has to do, the better....at least in my book.

Can this ROM at 32 PP be used to go back to Stock before I take it to the Sprint store for replacement?
