Re: Build a ROM... A Fluke?

Mine takes about 5 seconds for the windows directory to load up. This is the fastest I've seen on my tp. I knew that something wasn't right when it would take anywhere from 30-60 seconds at first.

Re: Build a ROM... A Fluke?

Five second is still really slow..... Allot of the rom i flash is under 2 second, the fluke rom is about half a second the most. it just appear for a sec and whole windows directory loads.

are you able to change themes, and/or install cab files. Also whos kitchen did you use for the actual cooking?

Re: Build a ROM... A Fluke?

How about counting all the files and folders in /windows and reporting how many files/subfolders are in there so you could compare load times to a "slow" ROM?

its possible that this "fluke" rom does not have as many files and subfolders in the directory causing /windows folder to load faster.

With the fluke rom, i was able to do everything, it just look all messed up when i first flash it. I mix and match sys from cal gc and erice. I am trying to mimic the fluke rom so i can post it and let people see what i am talking about. Dream your rom is dope but to be honest i think your last build was faster.

Sorry i am not too sure how many files are in each. But when i install all my programs( about 20), the load time in windows is less then half a sec. I

Re: Build a ROM... A Fluke?

I have 3,822 files in my windows directory. LOL I selected all and hit delete and it will ask you if you sure that you want to delete X# of files. Of course I put no.

I am not responsible if you click yes and delete everything.
