First make sure your phone is unlocked! (see here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503 ) Then just put your phone into Boot Loader mode by pressinf power vol down and reset at the same time, when you see the multicolor screen, run the update again and you should be good to go.

I haven't had problems....But 1.6.2 is on the way. I would wait a bit. It will be here any minute.

Ok booted up and got farther along then I did with 1.61 working like a charm booted and doing the customization. I say we have a go on verizon....... Might have spoken too soon froze on doing customization soft reset and letting boot again going to reflash and see if it freezes on customization again.... Stay tuned....

Hard reset if it did that and it should be fine afterwards. That happens to me after changing from SYS to SYS every once and a while

Calkulin, if you have time any chance you could CAB your ArcSoft MMS for Sprint or if not at least tell me how to do it with winCE cab manager?
