you not doing nothing wrong your using vista thats why your getting missing file you will get same with 1.2 the permisions are not correct either set or run on XP

If the file is there and your running vista, right click and run as admin or disable UC

im on a xp machine and only thing i dled is the 1.3 kitchen... i just dled the 1.2 kitchen and am tring to build a rom as i type...

I just realized something. Your System - Startup Animation folder is missing the options.xml. I noticed much this much earlier and just replaced with mine but I am wondering if that is why some people are not getting it to build...isn't that file required to be there?

Your Sprint Carrier OEM folder in the mxipupdate oemoperators 102.provxml needs to change to

Those are the settings that allow the powerdeck site to detect the different phones. Your settings have it detect as a Diamond.
