There are several ways to disable data connection. More than likely, unless you are streaming all the time, the data connection isn't the culprit. I have always been on Mighty Mike Roms since i've had my TP, so i know a bit about battery life. My opinions with the 6.5 and 6.5.1 ROMs is that you are going to have to give up some battery life for some of this bling-bling.

Calkulin, Thanks for the great ROM. I'm using the 6.1 version on a Sprint Touch Pro and love it and have now gotten my brother on it!

Quick question for anyone who can help. One thing that I know is a personal preference but a little annoying to me is that all the soft menus animate as they open and close. To me I'd prefer them to just snap open and closed for the sake of speed. Anyone know the reg hack / setting / cab patch to control or modify this?

Any other speed tweaks anyone else has done that doesn't care as much 'how it looks' as 'how it performs' like me?

It sounds like you are talking about HTC Volume Control. It does not work with 6.5.1 releases and the hard volume keys. You can press on the vol. icon in the drop-down menu that is in 6.5.1 (like when you press on the clock in the taskbar, then press the volume icon, then you will get HTC Volume control). You can use HTC Volume Control with 6.1 and 6.5 releases.

I am using the Reflectionist ROM built with your Kitchen 23420, I use Resco Explorer and my views are all screwy it goes into tree mode all the time, is this what you are talking about Calk? Is there anyway to fix this without reflashing to a dif rom?

I tried the cab file posted but it is not working on my side. I know you posted that you fixed it. Have you cooked a new rom with the package posted or you applied a fix on an installed precooked rom??
