Can i ask a dumb question, and please don't attack me. How do you guys get these releases before they are released? Is it because there is someone on the 'inside' getting them and posting on XDA? Then to follow up this, is Microsoft continuing the development on the 6.5 (now 6.51) which will eventually turn into v7???? I never really followed this part but after using everyone elses ROM, I want to start doing this myself always wondered how this occurs. I assume these versions are considered the SYS (24307). So if Windows Vista is 6.0.XXXX that would be equivalent of the SYS and all service packs persay would be incrementing higher?
Am I thinking this correctly?

Use the enable HTC phone skin cab in system tools and it will get rid of the pop up but make sure to soft reset after installing

Calkulin did you remove Manila R1.1 from your kitchen? I want to build a rom using that version of manila.

I did remove it from the last kitchen but I put it back since some people liked the birthday syncing
