How would this compare to Jugalo's rom? (Spare the blah blah blah about personal preference and all that...I'm not asking whose is better, just how they compare). Thanks!

I see it looks exactly like Jugalo's (well, not the most recent with the new icons...but everything else...).

Well it does but there are a lot of tweaks as well that you well never see on the surface as well but you can "Feel" once you install the rom.

PS: I would also like to add that Juicy decided to go with SYS 20764 which seems to be faster and more stable than the Base thats in Juggalo's latest rom. (No Bash to Juggalo since its a MS side issue. Its still a great Rom) The only downside which has been talked about on numerous occasions is that MS disabled Multiselect in the the shell all together.

the volume key on the left side seems not to be working when on a call. Can someone confirm this issue?

besides this, it seems better than the previous 2 ROM's I tried.

It works it just doesn't have the range that it should. Nice bug to mention to Juicy but probably should be put on a lower priority than the T9/Hardware keyboard bug.

I installed one of the audio volume fixes from another thread and it goes from really loud to soft. Might want to check that out.
