JD can i copy the calendar.exe from another release and use it in your rom? Or any other way to get the old calendar back? I depend on it to schedule my patients and really was hoping I could still use it.

Sorry JD, no disrespect or pushiness intended. I'd have zero idea where to start fixing this issue.I was just noting that it seems related to only the display rotation regardless of keyboard opening.

Post #134 seemed to be talking about the phone status screen popping up when the keyboard is slid out for messaging or Opera use -after calls have been made since reset. I, too, find that a soft reset clears the issue up until the phone function is used.

Is there a cab available for the HTC task manager? I have 2.0.30487 that I used to use on my Mogul, but I don't know if that's the latest version or not.

I've searched around the forum, but I can't find a working version of Worldcard Mobile.

Is the .cab hidden in this ROM somewhere? Or was it not put into the ROM. If that's the case, can someone provide me a cab that will work?

Faster indeed! Picture thumbs load faster and comm manager time to load/dc data and exit is 1.5+ faster. Me likey much... Thanks for the good work JD!

This ROM is incredible ... can't put it down and go to sleep! Couple of fixes:


1.) When I tried to set up GMail, it was downloading all my sent and received messages into one folder. Found out that this was because it was defaulting to a POP3 setup. To get it working properly, follow these directions: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...n&answer=78886

2.) If anyone tries to install the spiffy TSOWENtaskbar3 icons (found here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=49827 ), you may notice that the signal strength icon does not fully update as it should. To fix this, do the following: go to HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA and change the value for SignalStrengthLevel from 5 to 7 and soft reset

Hope the battery life on this ROM turns out to be as good as the older versions!

BTW can anyone tell me how to get 4 icons in a row for programs, settings, and connections tab? The cab that's floating around doesn't seem to work.

Will that put the taskmanager back in the upper right?
