Juggs said he removed that option as it conflicted with landscape TF3d. He decided (and rightly so) landscape TF3D was more important.

yes, the all backgrounds mod causes some of the TF3D landscape options to render behind landscape manila instead of in front where they should. there for making some of the options useless.
