Re: What Lock Application are you using with this Rom?

I was wondering what people in this thread have opted to use for a locking app. What are you guys using? Touch Lock Pro, Throttle Lock, S2U? The reason I ask is because I tried using the most recent throttle lock with this rom and there is a conflict on the slide to answer feature as both the app and rom contain a slide to answer. I can only conclude that S2U, if you enable the S2A feature, a similar conflict would result. Just wondering what others are using with this rom to lock and if they changed settings or tweaked. Thanks guys.
Well, this is off topic. But I use PocketShield. I had issues with S2U2 and found it the best for my needs.

i did a hard reset and installed the cab from sprint powerdeck... well i tried anyway.. and it goes directly to installation was unsuccessful... so that picmail cab doesnt work on this ROM...

for the above post i was using pocketshield with this ROM

i would like to use just the default CID slide to answer to answer calls instead of PS but that dam mute button keeps killing ringer.. getting pressed while phone is in case...

juggalo anyway to slide to mute or just delete the mute button.. we can mute ringer with volume buttons
Pocketshield is working great. Thanks sent.

well a quick in-thread search would easily solve a lotta questions he's had to repeat. it's almost a 300 pg thread, chances are, whatever question people have had, has been asked already.

I just installed this ROM and I have a question. Going to the Album app doesn't bring up any pictures off my SD card. Is there something obvious I'm forgetting to do?

Just thought throw this out there. I don't think SPrint picture mail works well when you're on a WIFI connection. Must be something about you not being on Sprint's network.

it does not work period on wifi.

it required authentication on the versign servers. and it cannot do this on a connection thats not from a sprint server (WiFi)

your evdo connection is a sprint based connection from there IP pool there for it will authenticate allow your device to login to versign's servers and send/receive MMS.

lemme rephrase. The camera application is restarting from IMG0001 instead of from the last picture taken with the card. Also when I click "album" it defaults to the My Pictures folder instead of the Storage Card, even though that's where it's storing pictures. Having said that I have 2 questions.

1. Is there any way to make it pick up where it left off?

2. Is there a way to make the album default to the storage card? I tried doing the Favorite Album thing and it fixed it for TF3D but not when I tap on "Album".

I'm having some trouble with data on the screen when using the keyboard in my contacts and calendar. For example, if I go into the calendar, slide out the keyboard to type an entry, I can't see what I'm typing. I just have to hope I typed it right, slide the keyboard back in, and then I can see. Any fix for this?

I'm not exactly sure what the reg edit is, but I think that is caused by having cleartype in landscape mode...you can probably find it through the search function though.

I turned ClearType off in landscape mode using DiamondTweak and it had no effect.
