I have a new found respect for the amazing powers of the touch pro. I am now usb connected to my main tower computer using my phone as a modem, also running WMWifiRouter and my laptop is using my phone as a modem hotspot, while still being able to make a phone call and play music. wow wow wow

How do you use your phone as a modem? Do you have to go intot settings first? Sorry to go off subject Dream I have really been wondering how to do this cuz my internet went out the other night for a bit and I tried figuring it out and couldnt for the life of me.

pretty simple, just plug in to your computer with a usb and when usbtopc pops up on the phone select internet sharing, then on the next screen that comes up just hit connect and you should be good to go.

Not going to be a lot of changes on this release, im still have issues with the battery percentage so make sure you let customizations run, cause this is the only way i have it working right now. Should be ready in about 15 minutes or so

Dream, when I plug into my computer all that comes up is active sync and disk drive, I dont see internet sharing anywhere. WHere does it say that?

r u using the latest version or did u edit any registries?? it should be there...go to programs and u should see internet sharing try that, i have never used either so i dont know id its the same thing & im running .9 so im not sure whats different from 1.0

it should give you the internet sharing option also... at least I get it, im not sure why it wouldnt display it
