problem with touch flow taking over 10 minutes to load

Im using Yay 4 Juggs Rom 4.0 but it has also happened on JD's rom. Sometimes when i restart the phone it never says loading TF3D...I dunno how to make it work

Go start -> Settings -> Today -> Items Tab and make sure TF3d is enabled.
