seems to work ok, very slow, and the lower "search" soft key struggles on my device, i have to use the menu...it lags like a mofo...

Ok just used the street view Option and I must say its really nice and helpful.

Wow... This version of Google maps is really fast and works extremely good. The street view works great, but no all areas have that option. Either or, I give Google props for thinking out of the box, and thanks to Juggs and the other member who let us know of this update and supplied it to us. Thanks

Is My Location (without GPS) supposed to work on the VZW Touch Pro?

I click the My Location icon and I get a message saying "Your current location is temporarily unavailable"
