okay, after help from rainfreak, he directed me in finding a solution to the internet not working. My problem was that i could not get into ##3282#. it would flash for a second and just display the dialer. Therefore, what i downloaded was this attachment, which is a cab that puts all the ##codes back into the phone. (at least to my knowledge)

after installing into phone, soft reset, open dialer, type in ##3282# change your id number from 0-1. save changes and it will reset your phone and voila.

Yep I can get in fine too. I found that the black S2A does not let me use ##3282#..

to unistall go to start, settings, system, remove programs, select the S2A you installed and click remove

it was working until this morning, however my internet stopped working again. I am able to go into ##3282# but i feel like i need to update my profile or prl or something. the internet just doesn't want to connect for some reason.

any help would be greatly appreciated

I know there is a cab file to install the upate profile option on the phone.. Ill work with it and try to cook it in. Also the v1.9 will resolve the keyboard issue and alos im working on adding background for all pages. I can get the background for all pages to work wth a cab file and im just having issues cooking it in.

Honestly I really liked this series of roms.. I used them from 1.6 to 1.8. But for some reason ActiveSync would disconnect at random times and I would lose connection to my Exchange server. Being the IT Manager for my company means that is a bad thing because I get hundreds of work emails per day, and need to get them real time.

I know it was something with the rom because last week I switched to the SSK 1.5 kitchen and haven't had one problem yet. Ivan: if you figure out what the issue was PM me and I'll give it another go. Because I really do like and appreciate a lot of the extra time and effort that you put into your roms.

I figured out what the issue was with the internet in my phone. I got a new touch pro from sprint (just cuz i wanted a new build date) and i flashed into this rom right out of the box. I didn't allow my phone to register the active mode setting, and user name/ip address. I therefore flashed back to the stock rom, went into ##3282# changed the active mode setting to 1 from 0, updated prl and profile. Internet worked. Then i flashed into this wonderful rom. So far, no issues.

for anyone skeptical about this rom, it runs muchh quicker than stock or a few others i've played with. I rely on my phone for work and therefore need it to be as reliable as possible. To date, i have found no issues. (aside from powerdeck.sprint.com thinks this phone is the mogul. but i dont think there are any updates needed on the phone)

mmmmm When I go to powerdeck with ie it works fine but with opera it says
unknown ppc.... Ill make sure I fix this on next release.

I dont know.. I like this rom, but seems to drain my batter a lot faster than standard build. anyone else have this issue?

I have found a new package that adds the update profile on the device.. we will see how it works. i have test it for a few days and it seems to work OK so lets see what happens.

Great ROM!

You think you can .CAB up the Profiles tab that way I can use it with all TF3D configurations in the future. I already have a cab for calendar, call history and comm manager. I was just looking for the Profiles.
