Ok, potentially stupid question here... Does my device need to be unlocked to run these programs? I am new to this and trying to figure it all out. By the way Bored, you are awesome, nice job!

Not sure yet. If you're not fluent with WM and these setups, I'd hold of just a little bit for testing to continue. I'm sure we'll know today if the phone has to be unlocked. actually if I can get this done quick enough I'll relock mine and try.

Have you gone anywhere with it yet? If so are you seeing any lag in the cursor position relative to your actual position?

Can I suggest moving the fix to a new thread? The way it reads now, you would think that posts 2-70 are related to post 1, when in actuality all of those posts are no longer relevant.

The only problem i see is this stupid led that rotates around the d-pad circle. it must be for roaming notification. Tried nueled without success.

ok so it does have some cursor lag...i was going 55 on the highway and tomtom was saying that i was going 52...but overall its WAY better than VZ nav.
