NexVision's VzW TP ROM

I'm loving this ROM Nex, as always a top notch delivery. It's been running very smooth on my phone, I have GPS with IGO8 and the touchFLO is very fluid. I have noticed over the last couple of days that when I attempt to close an app like SMS, it leaves the screen but remains in the taskbar. Memory status does indicate that the program has closed but is still in the taskbar. More of an annoyance than anything and soft-reset takes care of it. Anyone else experiencing little glitches like that?

I did not incorporate the GPS fix but if u run the fix or have run it you should be fine I tried a ROM with the fix incorporated and took me all of yesterday to get my GPS working afterwards and the GPS did not work for me on the ROM with the "FIX" included. This ROM is also SPCS TP on VzW safe as well.

You should search the threads or ask for help if you need it.

Your fix works fine. Nowhere did I say it didn't. Maybe you should try reading. All I said was run it after or if you have run it your fine. I just chose not to incorporate it.

I was trying to be nice and not call people out you wanna stick your head in here and be a *** I can be one right back and I assure u I am better at it and I don't need help if I did I woulda asked the person responsible for the fix not you.

Yes, my ROM is for XV6850's. Are you running that or a sprint branded?

I have hundreds of people telling me the RMO is notscrewed up.

I also new it was my RMO because Iam the only one owrkign with bored. You just tired to implement something and it failed.

VZW device flashed your ROM got vznavigator to work after running it 10 times and then it worked twice and not again and never got a lock in anything else.

Flashed kitchen GPS works great with bored's fix hey scrossler its been 20 minutes dont u have a new thread to start.

Also to correct you the correct term would be imply not "implement" and if I wanted to I would have just said scrosslers rom but I didn't care to.

It just shows how little attention you pay to detail though, and explains y u have to update your ROM continuosly to fix mediocre sh**. Sit back and eat a xanax or refill your ritalin before you give yourself a heart attack.

So just go to your threads all 40 of them and have fun cause noone cares what you have to say.

I got 2 devices here pulled em both out of the case applied your FIX and bam gps. Flashed scroslers ROM and bam lost GPS tried rerunning your FIX and failed said it was already installed and couldn't be removed. Flashed back to stock and no GPS. Flashed custom and no GPS. Flashed leaked radio/rom combo let customizations run applied fix and bam GPS working again. Flashed custom and GPS reflashed scrosslers and bam GPS gone I repeteaded this cycle a couple times to verify even redownloaded his rom 2 or 3 times to ensure I had a complete download.

I really had no intention of being a a** to you bored and to anyone was just posting my observations, and what I have been helping people fix in the chat room all week. Maybe I have the 2 devices produced by HTC for Verizon that dont like his ROM well that aint it since I had to fix another 4-5 this weekend. Who knows maybe the FIX cant be in place and then run on a ROM who knows. I havent looked into it yet since I had to make a ROM for a couple people in the chat whos phones where broke I figured I would test it out and see.

Ok all bs aside.... when you go to reinstall it wont fully uninstall...that's ok.. just follow thru with the installation then run PPST.exe .... up until his latest rom vzw took priority over my fix off of a clean install...so when you first run customizations and rebooted you needed to go to ppst.exe... with this v3 rom it overrides vzw... that was the issue with his rom previous rom


if you want to work with the fix inside of a kitchen I would be more than happy to send you the OEM I authored to automate the installation of it
