What does 0409 in package/cab name mean?
I see it in no2chem kitchen as well as in some other places...
Seemingly duplicate packages, one having 0409 in its name, the other not. Should I install either or both? I saw it also in the "windows live for windows mobile" cab file name... http://download.microsoft.com/downlo..._NoIM_0409.cab

Do language packs need to be kept for those of us who only know English, or is the English language included in said pack?
