to load drivers, goto device manager and find your device
then right click and choose update drivers, if prompted "no, not at this time"

like razor pointed out, you need to be in DIAG mode for CDMA Workshop to recognize the device...
you might try the drivers from QPST or QXDM (credit goes to conflipper for these links)
