ok I flashed my phone from sprint to alltel using the alltel stock rom and the verizon radio, but I am now getting a blinking triangle, and everytime I try to use any data like internet or you tube I get an error, then when it finally connects it only does so at 1x speed. Can somebody please help, the phone is pretty useless to me if I can only connect at 1x and it is always roaming.

Have you installed the Alltel PRI and loaded an Alltel PRL?

not sure about the PRI but I did update the PRL over the air with Alltel

What version PRI and PRL do you have installed? Click Start-Settings-System-Device Information to see.

I know all this info is available elsewhere but I had a customer (I'm an indirect sprint dealer) inquiring on how to flash so I compiled this Word document to email/give to customers. I tried to explain everything needed for an out of the box new phone. Please anyone/everyone review the document and give me some feedback, I'm sure I missed something.:) Also feel free to repost it anywhere you like, it is meant to help one and all. Sorry it is compressed in .rar format, it would not upload in .doc format. If anyone can get it to upload in .doc format please let me know how.

yea...you need the alltel PRI 1.28_011. I'll find you the link real quick. Have you made the necessary changes in your EPST?

I made the changes to match those of my 6800
