I know, but I'm confused as to what that really means.

I want TF3D to open Opera when I click the Internet tab, only problem is this ROM appears to have a slightly outdated version of it. Is this for a reason?

Anyway, that's where my tiny brain is getting confused ;) If I flash the non-Opera ("nOpra" haha) version, what will TF3D be using to open by default if Opera Mobile isn't there? At that point if I install Opera 9.51b2, how do I tell TF3D to use it instead of whatever it's currently defaulting to?

I'd test it myself, but I just finished setting everything up since I anticipated sticking with this ROM for at least a few days.

Hey Yay, love the Rom. Just one issue, maybe. When I go to pograms tab this is what I see

Any clue? I have hard reset it also. Using 4.0 with opera.

i put in the versiion that was most requested and most stable...if you find the version that came with the phone install it and it will overwrite it and take its place in the internet tab

I am using a cab, not an OEM...but there shouldnt be a difference. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling...not sure if I disabled TF3D when I installed the Sprint theme. If that doesnt work, do you have alink to the OEM you used?

Hi Awesome rom, But 1 thing I noticed that is very annoying is when you recieve a text and click reply open the keyboard and type. Nothing happens because the cursor goes to the message. I have tried it on this ROM and the previous. Clean installs and pim backups. But when ever the message pops up and you click reply they cursor wont go where its supposed to. Anyone else having that issue?

Something kinda weird (good?), my phone has been at 100% battery for 30 minutes now. It has always trickled down to 93% within a minute or so.

Thank Juggs. Its really annoying when your going to type a message and you type a full sentence and its not there cause u have to move the cursor LOL.

2 questions/problems....Flashed to 4.0 and now pic mail does not work. Phone lights up as if it is receiving something but nothing ever comes. Send and receive and still nothing...HELP PLEASE!!! Also is there a way to make that stupid black bar with text not come up when you start typing I hate that and cant figure out how to make it stop.

did you hard reset aafter you flashed? its recommended also turn off t9 via the full qwerty keyboard to remove black text bar

I did not do a hard reset after flash. I will try that. Should I reflash or can I just do a hard reset now. How do you do a hard reset on the Pro. Thank you for help

Yes, thats the cab I am using as well. Its working fine except in landscape mode....but I think thats got something to do with me installing it without first disabling TF3D. I am going to test it when I get home frm work.

Oh, okay, good I was hoping there was a reason. I'm happy with whatever works best! :D

Just for the record though, I wasn't referring to the older version that came with the Sprint ROM, but the newer version on the site. That version defaults to install in Program Files, and I can't copy the files over to /Windows because those Opera files are protected in ROM. Then again, I'm a newbie so maybe there's a way to unprotect them and delete them on the phone?

Either way, I'm happy with what you've done. I just wanted to clarify for anyone who might have been wondering the same thing.

Well I did a hard reset and it still does the same thing. Lights up like it is try to get something but nothing comes. Im at a lose. Anyone else have the problem

Ok...hard reset..disabled TF3D, installed the Sprint cab, reenabled TF3D, and the screen still is going wierd in LAndscape. DodgeV83...can you give me a link to the OEM you used?

Edit: Got it working by extracting it from PPC Kitchen and installing with nuepackageinstaller instead of the cab. Works great now. Thanks DodgeV83

This rom is stable and really fast but i have a question for juggs do you plan on implementing the battery % fix in any of your releases as it seems a lot of people use it and might be a nice addition? Great looking rom tho, it shows all the hard work you put into it with the blue flip clock and all the blue customizations. =D> Thanks

after the hard reset go to the mail tab select menu then new...from there select picturemail then once that opens up go to menu...new and it will configure your device...cant do anything without it being configured.

Is anybody getting the following error message when trying to install the smtp mail fix from microsoft? "This update cannot be installed on this version of Windows Mobile. Current: 6.1 AKU 1.4.0.0 Build 20757 Platform 2". This is the fix that allows winmo 6.1 to send outgoing emails.

I'm using my COX email account. I wasn't able to send emails from my device (only recieve). But installing that update fixed the problem. But with this rom, its not letting me install it.

Why does Hotmail not install as an account on this ROM. It was working on the last one (stock), but now it just gives me a link to open and access through my web browser--It does not show up under the email tab.

SDautorun is good, but difficult to use. maybe link or recommend. Sashimi (which can also run SDautoconfig). but yeah, i say remove it, not huge loss.

Juggs, Good to hear about the battery work, been playing with your rom a little more now and just noticed something purely cosmetic i think. Is there any reason when in the volume screen the fonts are so small. vibrate and silent are almost unreadable if one didn't know those were the options. If that's a result of the smaller pop up menu's in everything else then so be it but if not if you could tell me how to make those fonts bigger thatd be great, i tried the text size but that didnt do anything. If not its no big deal really. Heres a picture of what im talking about. Thanks.

great rom again next time can you include the active sync hack for those that dont use push email i heard it will give you an extra 4 hrs of battery life.

Think it might be the no curtain cab. Did a hard reset and it all worked. With a process of elimination installing programs that i use I would try after each install and it worked until I installed NoCurtain cab. Does this make any since?
