Why are you going back and forth about this issue. You have done your part by informing him of your thoughts pertaining to the application. To keep pressing him about this is starting to look silly, you could have easily taken this off-line to explain to him the rules/policies of the site. The whole purpose of the mods is for them to take care of issues like this, so why don't we let them do their job.

He's not a mod anymore and maybe this is an exception I am not doubting him in anyway i am saying yes i am to lazy being 13 at midnight with school tom. to swap harddrives and build a rom

Haha your just one smart kid at 13 years old and creating roms, i wouldn't be surprised if pretty soon you started making operating systems.
