Re: [1-16-09] eRice TP Kitchen v1.03.9d [SYS OS 5.2.21109 Build 21109.1.6.0] All Carr

I searched this thread and didnt find a solution. After cooking and flashing the rom the TP is just fine....the problem comes after I try and soft reset...it gets stuck at the boot screen and wont go any further. Did I miss the fix for this somewhere? I'm using v1.03.9d.

Have you double checked your packages that you have selected for install? Is your phone unlocked?

Sorry - this is the best I've got so far. I've flashed almost seven different TPs in the past week and haven't had that specific problem. My most recent problem was solved by downloading the cooker and trying again.

Hey eRice, if I wanted to remove XT9 from the kitchen, can I just remove the folder from the OEM folder? Will this break anything else?

What did you do between the flash and your soft reset? Try a soft reset 2x in a row... sometimes if I fiddle around too much, it takes to trys.

BTW - The the phone is unlocked.

After I cooked it and flashed...it rebooted...came up and everything was fine. The problem is if I ever....EVER...want to soft reset the phone again ...it will lock up at the boot screen. I've tried both immediately after the flash and after waiting about a day...same issue.
