Hey guys, do you still have the letters on the right hand side of your Contacts list (in the 21501 build)? I know I had it in the 21500 kitchen, but don't know if I overworte them in this kitechen w/ some dialer or something, or if it just doesn't have it included. If it's not in the kitchen, you guys know how to get them back? If it is, well, then it's back to the drawing board for me....

EDIT: Nevermind, silly me... I unchecked Random Access in my attempt to save storage space. Please disregard my uneeded post. :/

wow, easy enough for me. When the roms are flashed do they have any of battery/performance registry edits or do we have to do it? I love some of the custom roms out there, but not being able to uninstall some of the apps (s2a) drives me nuts, so its time to do some cookin.

Hey folks, I have searched everywhere for an answer for this issue. Once I installed this Kitchen (Sprint) I can no longer enter ##3282#. I am not able authenticate a data connection and I would like to reset the data stream. Thanks.

Ok, my data connection came up when I unlocked and relocked the device. However, I still cannot do ##3282#. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great.

In order to use ## codes, enter ##3282 and instead of hitting the last #, hit the Send button instead

I cooked the 1.04 kitchen (Sprint w/o Manila HD/TP2) and I am having the same problem. None of the special codes ##xxxx# (or ##xxxx Send) works. 1.03.9d worked fine with ##xxxx#. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Thanks.

I tried various combinations and found the problem.

1. All the special codes ##codes# or ##codes dial do not work except one: ##778 dial
2. The working one ##778 dial only works if PhoneCanvas (3.40.32288.1) is cooked in the ROM and the HTC PhoneCanvas is the default dialer.
3. If you want to use the Windows standard dialer, you have to deselect PhoneCanvas during cooking the ROM.
4. The same version of PhoneCanvas (3.40.32288.1) was used in 1.03.9d but 1.03.9d does not have the above problems. It works with all the ##codes# and with both the HTC PhoneCanvas and Windows standard dialer. The 1.04 and 1.07 I tested both have the above problems.
