honestly eRice...... eRice 20931 Touch Pro Kitchen - 1.03.7 was the most stable kitchen i have downloaded from you... i tried you latest (21109.1.6.0) and i feel it is tooo slow... i guess i got spoiled.... but im going back to eRice 20931 Touch Pro Kitchen - 1.03.7.

anyone else agree?

EDIT:

seems a hybrid of all the oems from your 21109.1.6.0 ported to your 20931 buid is 100% better!!! im no chef..... but it is better!

anyways keep on doing what ur doing erice!!!

what do u do to port them? just delete the contents of the oem folder in 20931 and copy from the newer kitchen?

yes

just delete all the oems in the oem folder from the 20931, and copy the oem folder from the newer kitchen 21109 to the 20931 kitchen.

im currently running with no problems

Awsome, thanks. What do I gain by using the old kitchen? What is faster? Where will I see the most noticable speed increase? I guess, what are the pros and cons of using the old kitchen?

well boot up time is way faster, menus are WAY faster, everything is just faster

only thing is, it appears the newer build has components that make new IE6 work properly, but IE sucks anyways.

i personally didn't see any pros from getting the newer build. seemed like nothing was new.

but again that's just me.

Sounds very very tempting. I never use IE either. If only I wasn't goin to Toronto this weekend... grrrr. But gotta make the Canadian g/f happy on valentines day! lol. Cant wait to try this. Anyone else wanna chime in w/ their experiences?
