If my phone is unlocked, could I just run the .exe from HTC without any problems? Also if I run the rom update directly from HTC could I then re-lock the phone without any problems? Thanks!

I must be doing something wrong but can't figure it out. I have to return my TP for warranty and I flashed both versions of the Shipped ROM but whenever I try to run the unlocker, I get an error. I can also get it to work the first time and it says that it is successful but when I run bootloader mode (Power on with volume down held down), I still access bootloader mode and it says "Security Unlocked" even though I just locked it. I was able to successfully do it with my previous phone I sent in for warranty, what am I doing wrong?

The Touch Pro will always say Security Unlocked on it. Does it say cmonex still? (if that is the one you used to unlock for the custom ROM you had)

Ahhh yes... VERY important point! "always says Security Unlocked"

On the second line of the multicolored boot screen that you get after you: 'hold' volume down + power button WHILE pressing reset button with stylus.
(keep holding vol down & power UNTIL the multi colored screen appears)

The 2nd line says "SPL-0.37.0000". And this after it said it successfully locked the first time and will not let me do it again. Is this correct? I never thought you could access the bootloader screen until it was unlocked. I must have been wrong
