I've been trying (failing) to unlock my new phone using HSPL_37 for a while now. I have .NET Framework 3.5, and I am able to connect to my computer with ActiveSync, but when the phone gets to the tricolour screen my computer BSODs. This happened when I tried SSPLManual.exe as well. The phone has the latest HTC ROM 2.01.651.6 installed at present, if that matters...maybe it does.

What am I missing here?

or you can try going to start-settings-connections-usb to pc, then uncheck the box under Activesync.

Wow. Didn't think you'd reply so quickly...

Well it worked, although I don't know what exactly fixed the problem. I had already unchecked the box under ActiveSync, which made no difference. I've unlocked other phones before without issue, but with this one I had to close most of the programs in the system tray.

hi i wanted to ask if there is a way to manually install the bootloader screen in my sprint touch pro it die on me i can not put it into bootloader trycolor screen and it does not run any roms i load in to the phone not even the stock rom
it loads the roms with out the trycolor screen
but it will not run the install after all i get is a black screen please help revive my phone

Hey guys, I'm a noob here. It will not let me search the forum for some reason, but I need to know before I attempt to flash my HTC Touch Pro to WinMob 6.5. Does this work with the US Cellular version? If so, which Hard SPL do I use? Any info would be awesome. Thank you.
