is there any way you can create a No-Manila Verizon Rom ... i would like to be able to use SPB as well.

Thanks for the interest. Im sure i could, although it would probably be a generic rom, the verizon carrier i have in my kitchen is busted. But, that being said all you would have to do is install a carrier cab and you're good to go. Check back soon, ill post one up for ya.

Yeah, me too. Its not that big of a deal to me though.

My phone does the same. Is that not standard? I dont think ive included (or excluded) something that would change that, but i could be wrong. Any help from the gurus on this?

Check the first post! Ive uploaded a generic spb mobile shell rom for you! You will have to change the pagepool to work with your verizon setup (6mb, right?) and install a verizon carrier rom, and you should be gooood to go!!

Ok, Ive got a question for all you gurus out there. Id really like to pick apart the black metal taskbar and thin that x and checkmark out... Does anyone know how to do this? The EXT folder for the taskbar has a few bmps in there, but they look like all bluetooth icons. The rest of the files in the folder are all .dll's i think. Where do i start, and how do i find the freakin little image so i can fix it? :)

Ok. Ive found the icon in the shellres192.dll file. It looks very different in there than it does when its installed. Its a shaded pretty metal thing in the icon folder, and somehow when it gets installed, its just a big fat white checkmark. Not sure exactly how to fix it, im screwing around with exporting the icon file and editing it, but I sure could use some advice from you super smart veterans!

I have one more question, this time for the SPB users that have my rom. When you guys install spb, can you use different color themes? Does the task manager show up in the top right corner? Neither of these things work when I install and register my copy, just wondering if you guys have the same problem. im using 3.5.5, but these things didnt work when i last used it, at 3.5.3 either.

Wow I like this rom a lot compared to a lot of the other ones I have tried!

I am having problems with the metropcs version of the rom. I can't seem to go to settings and click the data connection to being on. Anyone else have this problem???

Just tried the generic rom and it worked fine with my sprint touch pro on metro pcs. Weird.
