The COM5 (235xx) build appears to be dead so I wouldn't expect another update for it. The COM3 branch does get an update every so often and the only thing really missing from it is the threaded email.

How can I add the HTC Apps such as the dialer, youtube, and etc...

These are added to kitchen as EXTs. Have you downloaded Swinn's kitchen yet? Once you get the kitchen working I can upload some EXT packages for you.

Make sure you are able to cook a ROM and Flash to your TP before making any changes to kitchen.

You will need to extract these EXTs to your EXT folder in kitchen.YouTube_1_6_19161426_00.zip
