I use Lumos with no problems. It adjusts the backlight fine for my purposes.

Lets go through these options so we can be clear what we're talking about. There are two screens relevant to the topic:

Connection prompt screen:
ActiveSync - the 11 pin proprietary HTC USB cable is required. Obviously, this allows your phone and your computer (with Outlook installed) to sync contacts and calander and tasks and the like. ActiveSync allows you to install and manage programs on your phone (but I've never done it) and allows you to browse the phone data system including the storage card. Additionally, the phone, itself, also retains the ability to access the sortage card.

USB - This is simply connecting the phone is Mass Storage mode. No special drivers or software required, Can be done with a standard 5 pin mini-usb cable. Ostensibly faster data transfer, but only to the storage card. When connected in Mass Storage mode, the phone will lose the ability to "see" the storage card.

Internet Connection Sharing - You should never have to check this as launching ICS from your phone chooses this connection type automatically.

Start -> Settings -> Connections -> USB to PC
Only has the the first two options with the checkbox under ActiveSync to "Enable faster data synchronization" with the note: 'Clear this checkbox if ActiveSync does not recognize the device'

My setting is "Enable faster data synchronization" and I've had no problems with it

Thanks everyone, unfortunately, I was only able to sync once now if I check or uncheck the enable faster data sync nothing works. I cannot have a phone without syncing to my data via pc. I will reflashing because if this rom works, I would love to run it on my phone.

First Thanks Swinn for all your efforts and time making this Rom for all HTC PRO user to enjoy Window 6.5 especially since everyone else is gone to Touch Pro 2! Just wondering has any one used Metro pcs with the generic version of this ROM?

It should work as long as you install a carrier cab. I found one for MetroPCS here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...18&postcount=3
It's located about halfway down the post. It says Mogul but should work fine on the TP.

Just flashed over to your 4/19 23563 rom from JD's 10/16 rom. I'll admit that I was expecting to be flashing back to the JD rom I had grown to trust (I love, no, -love- basic roms. I install my own programs and don't want the clutter from what someone thought was cool at the time taking up space).

Ye have surprised me Swinn. I love your rom even more so then JD's. There would be only one thing that would make this rom perfect, in my opinion that is, and that would be to eliminate the TV Out feature. I never use it, and the usb's of my Touch Pro's have a habit of halfway going bad. I plug in the dongle to have normal headphones and listen to music. The TV Out feature turns on thinking I just plugged it into a TV and blasts me with static instead of music. Which as ye could imagine is very annoying (I plan on getting bluetooth headphones mainly just for this reason)

Some questions for ye:
Is it possible to remove the TV Out function? I asked a rom builder to make me a basic rom without the TV Out and it still showed up when I flashed to it.
Is your roms User Customization (UC) able? (If ye don't know what I'm talking about, it is in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366337 )
Do ye know of a good thread that has Titanium cabs? I used to have a lot of programs and cabs that were for Titanium (like the weather program, Opera panel, a really cool contacts panel and things like a cab that would start the basic WM lock when the screen turns off) but I started using SPB MS and lost all the cabs I once had. I'm tired of MS and would like to give Titanium a try again.

The ROM is UC compatible.

I'm not aware of any one thread that has Titanium cabs. It might exist, I'm not sure. You can check the Titanium Tweaks forum on here and the Software Dev forum on XDA.

It might be. However, since the lowest setting is usually more than bright enough for me and the automatic is bright enough when it isn't, my Mk 1 Md 0 phalanges with embedded stereoscopic optical receivers (mypoic, they may be) are superior in every way.

Gen.Y Manila R1.5 VGA CFC by yozgatg is a great port for TF3D v2.1 that I've installed on this rom. It works very well. Just find the cab install in the 5th post there and follow the instructions and you're all set. There are a lot of common questions answered in a few of the early posts there as well, so be sure to look if you need help with something.
