Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile 6.5.6
I'm having none of the processor issues. After a fresh install I go into Processor and I basically create my own profile. I don't do any sort of overclocking, but I do a helluva lot of underclocking. On suspend I drop my processor down to the 20 Mhz marker, and on backlighting going off I'm at around 100, and for default boot it's at 528 along with no timer of idleness dropping the processor. While it's on I want it full blast, while it's backlight is present (I'm not doing anything) or it is fully on suspend I want it saving me battery.
The problems I do have: 1) Calling takes dramatic battery, way more than anything else. Doesn't matter a super amount to me as I don't really call anyone I do text/internet/etc. Is this the radio that was picked? So I can prolly try hunting down a different radio that might not drain this fast for calls... but if not, no biggie. 2) The start menu at the bottom hasn't really been something I like, can I remove this? It creates problems with some things that pop up trying to use that space but instead get blocked by the bottom slider task bar. I'd rather just remove it, if that's possible or a setting to change in the ROM itself? I have lots of appointments and they show it the most. 3) Task manager, if this is related to #2 by all means tell me. I'd rather have it accessible from the upper right. Whenever the start menu in any rom gets put on the bottom like this one, the press 'x' to end task doesn't work on most programs. So I think I've closed stuff and nope, still there eating juice behind the scenes. If there's a way to get this back to the upper right or to have X down at the bottom to function appropriately I'd be much obliged. Otherwise I've been digging it, just might go back to v001 where the start was on the top and most of these things worked properly for me (except text messaging in landscape was sometimes a bit funny). |

Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile Landscape Sense 2.5
I tried 23568 last night and my phone got stuck at the POST page (dunno if it is called this but the first page).
I flashed it back to another ROM and it worked then I tried Vetvitos ROM again and it had the same error. I ended up flashing NSFANs latest March ROM and everything is fine. Any thoughts on what went wrong? (I have a Verizon TP) |

The only issue I had after flashing was a blank screen with a toolbar below when sending a message from a contact. I loaded the attached cab and it works fine now. |

Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile Landscape Sense 2.5
I love this ROM, it runs great except for soft resets. When I soft reset the phone, the device locks on the POST screen, and I had to reflash it in order for it to work again. On the last flash though, it locked on the POST and won't let me go through the initial setup anymore. Hope this is fixed soon, because so far, this has been my favorite ROM.
