I haven't flashed the latest version but have you noticed there is a bug in the taskbar and specifically when it should show 60% battery left it shows 59% instead?

This is a very old bug from the taskbar, I don't know if it only happens to me. I know I fixed it once for my personal taskbar but I don't know where I put it and can't be bothered to start playing with the signer, unsigner and michelangelo to arrange the icons in the proper order.

Rstoyguy, I love your rom. it the fastest i've ever tried. I am actally running ur new update right now..
But i have some problems dat i want to mention to you to see if you can do sumthin about it.
My Tp is running on metropcs network. Everything works fine except the following:
All versions of the opera don't work(can't log on any websites), youtube does a long search but doesnt puul any video out, and can't setup email account(either yahoo, nor Hotmail). But everything else the links to the interent works fin. What do you think is the glich here? pls help!

I have a weird issue that I've only seen with this rom, and now that I've been trying to figure it out I noticed some of the screen shots show the same problem I am having. The issue is that both the bottom and the top bars are HUGE, and actually clip the text and the Sense interface. I attached a screen shot of what is happening and unless I can find a fix I'm going to have to go back to my old rom. I've tried deleting everything from the start up folder because I don't want to use the Batti bar anyway but that hasn't worked. I've also tried flash dancing, removing all items that were in the start up folder and soft resetting, and just about anything else I could think of but nothing has helped. It has to be something simple I am overlooking but I am at a loss at this point. Any help you guys could provide would be great since I need to get this all sorted out tonight so I have a fully functional phone for work in the morning.

kittay2k8, what you have there is the way it's supposed to be.

The only reason the text seems to be cutting where it says my contact card is because even though the slider appears to be transparent it is still there and the text is "behind" that slider.

If you want to go to the rest of the settings in that tab just scroll down by swiping your finger upward on the screen.

I probably should have been more specific on where its being cut off. If you look at the image I posted you will see that the top of the screen is too big to allow the full word "Settings" to show up without being clipped and the bottom of the Sense bar doesn't seem to extend down like it should. If you look at the screen shots posted in the first post of the thread you will see what I am talking about. In one the full word "Programs" is clearly visible and it is the same for the "Stocks" heading in the other but one of them shows the same problems with the Sense UI that my phone has now.

In those images you can also see that the Sense interface is sitting on top of the two lower buttons with a line that separates them from the rest of the UI. It isn't the same way on mine, its just like the image I posted.

Its almost as if somehow my Sense UI is sitting behind those upper and lower bars instead of on top of them and is being pushed down somehow. I've soft reset, hard reset, flash danced, and reset a few more times just to be sure I had all bases covered and none of it helped. The rom is completely stock and I haven't even imported my contacts or PIMbackup or anything, I've just flashed it over and disabled the battery bar. Even before I would disable the bar I was having this issue.

EDIT: I should clarify I can understand how the Sense bar being transparent would cause the bottom of the screen to look like it does, but that doesn't explain why it is sitting the way it is at the top making the upper bar look so huge.

Ok, I see what you mean. I just always assumed that happened because as far as I know the interface is being ported from a phone with a higher resolution and some cuts had to be made. Since it only cuts a little bit of the word at top and no functionality is lost it didn't really bothered me. But seeing the screenshots on the OP does make me wonder if it is supposed to show the whole word without the little cuts.

At any rate it is the same way in my phone so you know you are not alone, hehe.

Yea, I know what you're talking about....I have the same issue. Well, not really an issue...since I don't mind it.

For some reason it just bothers me A LOT. I'm back on another Sense rom and it is back to working just fine but I really liked this one and wanted to put it through a couple weeks of testing with daily use. I'm sure it's something that could be fixed but I'm at a loss as to what else to try.

Hahaha, don't worry. There are lots of minor details that bother me A LOT that other people don't even notice so I know how you feel.

That reappeared when I went back to the 10% battery drivers. It wasn't noticed with the 1% driver. So what's the verdict? 1% or 10%, any change in battery life since the switch?

Have you tried the carrier cab for your carrier?

I noticed that but have spent 4 minutes on that tab. I forward your pic to the bosses. It looks like it wasn't properly resized when it was ported. There is no functionality loss, I'll see what happens.
