How do I customize the Home screen? I would like to have the Call History in it.

OMG, I actually found a bug. I've been running RootRom21_02062010_23518 for a loooong time now, and it's so stable I've been able to fight off the flash itch. No lock ups. No freezes. Super fast. Battery lasts all day, and then some. Great rom!

Yesterday though I tried to use a feature I haven't used since the stock days. Take a pic straight to MMS.
Opened up the camera, took the pic, hit the envelope, selected MMS.
Says pic is too large, do you want to resize? Tap yes, and that's right where it sits. Crashed the whole sms/mms system. The rest of the phone works, but I can't even access messenging again until a soft reset. From that freeze screen after a while I hit the home hard key, and it pops right up fast. Check task manager and no messenging is running at all. Try to start it, no dice. Soft reset and it's all back up and running perfect. The pic I took is even in my album. Can send it fine by inserting it into a conversation, just can't send straight from the camera.

I know, minor, but I thought I'd let you know.

I'm having a problem with XXXDarkRoot with phone notifications. I am not getting any notifications at all. I really need the call history on the home page as well. Is anyone having these issues?

You can access call history from the task manager drop down.
When you mis a call click the task bar.
There is a black area to the left.
Click on it and there ya go.
Still working on that and a few other minor things.

After completely re-working my kitchen last night and removing all unwanted files and cleaning files up.
The roms have trimmed down some. LOL
No real app removal, if any thing there may be more added. ;)

XXXDark went from 240+ megs to around 173 meg. Yes that is close to 70 megs lighter and still LOADED! ;)
XXXRootRom will see the same size drop.
XXXSlim is in the works and will be MUCH lighter than before.

Major changes to the rom will be the use of 23534 which seems faster.

I have added Arktronic ArkSwitch to manage closing tasks on the left of the menu bar.
Now there is also the Program launcher there still as well.
What this means to you is that you can close apps and then end Arktronic ArkSwitch and then use the Program launcher. Now Arktronic ArkSwitch appears on the first page of the Program launcher. That means you can seamlessly switch back and forth between the two utilities.

I have updated more apps as well.

Big ease of use factor I have done for you guys.
Once you boot in for the first time you will see that My Location weather on the home tab has already synced to your location in the background while setup was running.
Nothing to do at all to get it to work.
Flash and there you are.

I have completely re-worked the Start Menu and there are now less folders and they are arranged better.
I have also added custom folders.

Been a busy night.

Roms will be up later today but not much later I would think. ;)

You're the MAN! Sounds awesome, but unfortunately this is going to be the last Windows Mobile 6.X ROM I will be running. :( Great way to end my Windows Mobile 5/6 history.

I will return for Windows Phone 7 sometime next year!
