apparently my device has a real liking to XXX because i tried Xdark and MaxDarkCombo both and it didnt want to run them lol, reflashed it to XXX and it worked right off. sticking with it for now ;)

sorry is this has been answered...

all the new XX ROMs are sense 2.5 2011. the newest uploaded yesterday was 2012. i did try the cookie cab but the top row of his quicklinks were partially hidden behind a calendar/clock block and the bottom link were not useable. There is a vga mode but all it did that i noticed was remove the 4 quicklinks on the home screen. :mrgreen:

Did you find build 23540? It appeared to work fine on my friend's TP.

im still getting horrible battery life. Three hours with just texting, no data connected....anybody else having issues? running XXX now

i get really good battery life with it. running about 6 hours with facebooking and texting and constant wifi and i have about 45% left

whats the reg edit to automatically disable data connection after a certain amount of time?

Data disabled uses the same amount of juice as when idle.
IMO there is no need to disable it.

Check to make sure you have nothing running all the time using it.
Messengers are the worst because they draw data full time.

Did you try another radio?
How is your signal there?
