you guys with the force closes... its probly due to the amount of apps u already have installed on the previous rom/apps2sd as these are not removed when u flash, and all of the new stuff that is being added with the new rom is putting u over the hero app limit, just a guess... was happening to me as well but as soon as i formated my partitions and flashed it went through.

Can I use the pre-kitchen with this? I try ADB but when i enter "adb shell" into the command prompt i get an error

I'm having trouble with my mail updating with this rom? Any ideas? It was set to default 15min but I've changed it to 30 with hopes of making it work.

no i did not but im thinking about unrooting and re rooting using the fresh kicthen

I'm assuming you used the command prompt to root your phone originally? If so, you can follow the instructions I gave you to access your phone. Open the command prompt and go the directory where the androidsdk is installed (Example: D:\android-sdk-windows-1.6_r1\tools) and follow the steps I posted before
